巴基斯坦光伏产品合格评定
2019-07-17 15:50 作者：代潇潇巴基斯坦标准和质量控制局（Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority，PSQCA）是巴基斯坦的国家标准化机构，隶属于巴基斯坦政府科学和技术部，是1996年基于巴基斯坦标准和质量控制局法案成立的。该机构主要目标是推广标准及合格评定，以促进国民经济发展和工业效率提升、保障公众健康和安全、保护消费者、促进国内外贸易发展、进一步推进标准和合格评定领域的国际合作。合格评定部相关工作由标准制定中心负责，根据ISO 17065和ISO 17067，制定了《2011年巴基斯坦合格评定条例》。合格评定部作为第三方认证机构运行，要求各行业将PS认证标志用于其已认证产品，方可在本地销售或产品出口时获得消费者信赖。
巴基斯坦标准和质量控制局制定的标准主要涉及食品和农业、化学、土木工程、电工、电子产品、机械、编织品、重要和测度、信息技术、卫生保健等领域。而巴基斯坦现行的太阳能光伏产业相关标准主要是等同采用国际电工委员会（IEC）标准，相关标准信息见下表：
